BlackOak

Our community is for professionals, students, culture workers, organizers, and all Black people interested in creating the environmental future we deserve. BlackOak began from a mutual understanding that there can be no environmental justice without Black people at the center of solutions and without self-determination for Black communities. We are a community for all Black people who care about building a better environmental future. BlackOak members must abide by these values and work to ensure our space is safe for women, LGBTQ+ folks, disabled folks, working class and low-income folks, immigrants, and people from all parts of the African diaspora.
