About Climate Connect

Climate Connect is a non-profit climate protection network that connects climate activists locally and globally. Climate Connect was founded in 2020 and now has users from over 100 countries. On the online platform climateconnect.earth, users can discover, share and implement climate protection projects, as well as get in touch with other climate actors. Integrated into the global climate protection platform, Climate Connect operates the ClimateHubs. In addition to the new ClimateHub in Potsdam, Climate Connect operates another one in Erlangen, and two new ones are planned for this year.

Steps this helps you take.

Switch to or choose a career in climate
Pursuing a climate-focused career is one of the most impactful individual actions we can do. It enables you to directly contribute to tackling the climate crisis and create a sustainable and just world for all.
Talk about climate action & sustainability with your friends and communities
Sharing your sustainability and climate action journey is very powerful. Studies show that when one home installs solar panels, their direct neighbours are more likely to also install solar panels. Especially people that trust you are likely to adopt habits and practices of you and vice versa. This is huge. Simply share your positive experiences with sustainable alternatives, your struggle and fear about the climate crisis. No need to directly convince people. Sharing your feelings and positive stories is often enough to spark action in others.
